- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM SAST are processed the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
- Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via Aramex Courier (once dispatched).
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location; remote areas may take longer.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
3. Shipping Method & Cost
- Free shipping on all orders.
- Courier: Aramex – reliable and fully trackable.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your Aramex tracking number.
- Track your order in real-time on the Aramex website.
5. Shipping Destinations
- Currently, we ship only within South Africa.
6. Delays & Issues
- Out-of-stock items: If an item is unavailable, we will notify you within 24 hours and offer options: refund, replacement, or waitlist.
- Failed deliveries: Aramex will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, your package will be held at the nearest depot for pickup.
